Happy Hearts Estates rentals are convenient to I-10, Marianna, Chipley, Bonifay, Alford, and Graceville. We are only 30 minutes to Dothan and an hour to Panama City and Tallahassee.

Situated on 10 acres with lush trees, our main park is secure, safe, lighted, and quiet. It is on city water and sewer (none of those septic and well problems) and all tenants are screened to ensure everyone's safety. There are several acres of playground space separate from the mobile homes. You can also choose to invite friends or family to partake in a barbeque under our pavilion. Enjoy quiet and peace of mind in our mobile home community or inquire about rentals in our other locations.
Our two and three bedroom mobile home rentals generally include the following:
- Newer kitchen appliances
- Newer flooring
- Tin roofs over most of our homes
- Fresh paint in most units
- Washer and dryer hook-ups
- Lawn care provided in most rentals
- Free dumpster service (in our mobile home parks)
- On-site maintenance and management
- Central air and heat (in most units)
Rents generally range from $700 to $900 in our mobile home rentals with small pets considered for an additional fee.
UPDATE: In addition to the information above regarding Happy Hearts Estates main mobile home community, we have nearby affiliate mobile home parks as well as individual mobile homes with property. We have also acquired traditional homes in Marianna. Some of these homes are newer, larger and have upgraded features. These rentals can range from $750-$1500 depending upon size and location.
